We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all our creations, and the detailed shipping terms are outlined below.
Creation and Handling Time
Our hand-painting creation and professional packaging process typically takes 7-10 business days (weekends and public holidays are not included). During peak gifting seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day), this timeline may be extended due to the intricate nature of our handcrafting process. We appreciate your understanding and patience for the artistry behind each unique piece.
Global Logistics & Art Protection
To optimize worldwide delivery efficiency and ensure the safety of your artwork in transit, we partner with professional art logistics providers with a comprehensive global network.
All oil paintings are packaged with museum-grade protective materials, including shock-absorbing foam, moisture-proof film, and rigid corrugated outer boxes, to prevent scratches, deformation, and damage during shipping. Framed paintings receive additional reinforced packaging to secure the frame structure and protect the artwork throughout its journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, painting size, and framing type. We strive to keep shipping fees reasonable while providing premium art transportation and protection. All shipping costs include professional artwork packaging fees with no hidden charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your custom oil painting is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and the carrier’s official tracking link. You can check the real-time global shipping status of your artwork at any time via the carrier’s website. We will also notify you of key shipping milestones to keep you fully informed and at ease.
International Shipping Notes
For all international orders worldwide, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local inspection charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and vary by country or region. To avoid delivery delays, we recommend checking the latest regulations with your local customs office before placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
To ensure smooth delivery of your artwork, please provide a valid, complete, and accurate shipping address (including a contact phone number and postal code). If a package is returned due to an invalid address, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts, the artwork will be held for 15 days. A re-shipping fee (covering packaging and logistics costs) will be charged for redelivery; unclaimed artwork after 15 days will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to modify your shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Damaged Artwork
If your oil painting arrives damaged (e.g., paint peeling, frame cracking, canvas tearing), please take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the damaged artwork, and contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery. We will verify the damage and arrange for a free re-creation and worldwide reshipment of your artwork.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit globally, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the shipping date. We will file a formal claim with the logistics carrier, and upon confirmation of the loss, we will arrange a free re-creation or a full refund (excluding shipping fees) at your discretion. Please confirm the accuracy of your delivery address before resubmitting an order for lost items.
Note: Damages caused by improper unpacking, human error, or accidents after delivery are not covered by our compensation policy.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the 100% custom hand-painted nature of our oil paintings (created exclusively from your provided photos and requirements), we do not accept unsolicited returns or exchanges. If you receive an artwork with production errors (e.g., incorrect subject matter, significant deviation from the reference photo) or unavoidable manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service with relevant proof, and we will re-create the piece for you free of charge and arrange for worldwide shipping as soon as possible.
